A really yummie and uncommon way of using asian instant noodles …
Ingredients
– 1 zucchini
– one handful of asian, instant noodles
– ginger (4-5cm)
– soya sauce
– 2-3 eggs
Preparation
Soak the instant noodles for 2-3min in hot water & grate the zucchini. Then mix the eggs with soyasauce, add the grated ginger, the zucchini and the noodles and blend everything.
Heat your pan, add oil (groundnut is perfect) and always put ca. 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the pan and make it flat. Fry until gold brown, flip them and then they are ready
Serve with salad or vegetables – Bon appetit!
